Creating an EFFECTIVE blog post

Learning Goal:

·         create a blog post that communicates how to create an EFFECTIVE blog post

Success Criteria:

•  informative (audience will have clear idea how to make an EFFECTIVE blog post)
•  interesting title
• well organized and "clean"
• different types of media
• colour and fonts to emphasize your ideas

Grade 7 students will be evaluating how successful you have been. They will rate you on two aspects:

ü  How engaging is your blog post?

ü  How informative is the post?

Grade 8 Trip - Information Meeting

Hello parents/guardians of grade 8 students,  

          We have started to plan our year end trip to Montreal, which is scheduled for May 24-26th, 2016. There will be a parent information meeting on Wednesday, December 2nd at 6:30 in our library. 

            A representative of the tour company will be there to provide information and answer questions.  An information/forms package will be handed out to each family in attendance. If you are unable to attend, we will give your child the package at school the following day.
